Refunds:Â We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. However, we offer Route Package Protection to protect against damaged, stolen or lost pacakges.Â
Ship Happens! If you do not purchase Route Protection, The Candy Closet is not responsible for replacing or refunding of your order. If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing. Â
Replacements can only be sent to the original order address. Original shipping charges and shipping protection are nonrefundable.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email: orders@thecandycloset.com. No exceptions will be made.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what now?
Please carefully enter and review your address before and after you place your order. If you need to make an address change before you order has shipped, please email us ASAP to make the correction.  If you have made an error in entering your address and your order has already shipped, we will send you an invoice to cover the cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, minus the cost of shipping and a 25% non-sellable item fee after it has been returned-to-sender.Â

Orders take 3-5 business days to ship out. Please keep in mind that a business day is Monday - Friday. Business days do not include weeknds or holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. From there, the shipping
service will be able to give you an estimated delivery date.Â
