Another Neutra House Nearly Demolished??

WTH, after what happened in Palm Springs in 2002 you would think this would be a felony by now! The Kronish House by Richard Neutra in Beverly Hills was recently close to demolition until someone forked over a ton of cash to buy it from the mentallly retarded owners who were planning on just simply demolishing it then selling as an empty lot. I am still skeptical, I hope the new owner keeps his promise unlike Mr. and Mrs. Richard J. Rotenberg of Hopkins Minnesota!
